Guidelines for posting to video distribution services

HypnosisSoft regards video streaming related to games released by HypnosisSoft (such as the Hyakki Gensouki series and Floorplan Puzzle Red Room Simulator) as part of fan activities (derivative creations), and allows individuals to freely stream such content.

However, please be sensible in your distribution.

*If you are a corporation wishing to carry out activities that do not fall under these guidelines, please contact us individually.

■About the content of the distribution■

Video distribution is part of individual fan activities (derivative creation).
Therefore, we ask that the content be creative and reflect the streamer's creativity.
* For example, live play commentary by streamers is also considered to be creative.

Distribution example

• A live stream of a HypnosisSoft game

• Original arrangements of songs by streamers, or songs that have been sung or played with other creative intent

• Anything creative, such as drawing HypnosisSoft characters

• Other content that is the creator's own creation
  

If the content of your distribution includes intellectual property owned by a third party, such as when using derivative works of a third party, you will need to obtain separate permission from the owner of that intellectual property.

■Request for non-profit activities and cases where monetization is possible■

Videos can be posted to NicoNico, Facebook, Instagram, Mildom, Twitch, Twitter, YouTube, or other video sharing sites.

Video distribution for commercial purposes is prohibited, however, monetization using the official systems on the video sharing sites listed above is not considered commercial and is permitted.

You can also post it on your personal website, but monetization other than through advertising is prohibited.
